Service Questions

Do I need network cabling if I already have WiFi?

WiFi is useful for phones and tablets, but fixed devices like TVs, offices, CCTV and games consoles are often better with a cable because it is usually more stable.

Can you improve WiFi without changing my broadband provider?

Yes. Many WiFi problems are caused by poor coverage inside the property rather than the broadband line itself. Better router placement, access points, mesh WiFi or cabling can make a big difference.

Can you help if I do not know what I need?

Yes. You do not need to know the technical terms. Tell us what is not working or what you want to achieve, and we can explain the options clearly.

Do you take on small jobs?

Will you try to add extra work once you arrive?
